On April 28, 2018 Krista suffered a sudden brain aneurysm. The doctors were not sure she would live.

It was a very shocking and frightening time for her family and friends. She was in intensive care for weeks. Literally hundreds of people were praying for Krista to live and to be healed.

After Krista survived the initial surgeries, the doctors were unsure of her prognosis and how much brain damage she may have suffered. It was just a day-by-day, step-by-step situation. She underwent at least 5 surgeries on her brain and skull over the subsequent weeks and months.

The doctors determined that the aneurysm was a result of a birth defect in the blood vessels at the base of Krista's skull.

During the first week or so, Krista could not open her eyes or talk. She was hooked up to so many tubes. Friends and family came and talked to her and prayed for her. They gave her a notepad and pen for her to try to communicate.

One of her sons was alone in the room with her at one point. Trying to be lighthearted, he said, "It's just you and me; now you can tell me that I'm your favorite son." Family and friends were shocked when they heard that Krista had then scrawled on the notepad, "Jonathan thinks he's so funny." She was aware! She was responsive!

Little by little her progress continued. She began the slow road to recovery. She eventually went on to rehab. She went home on June 20. Her first day back at church was June 24.

Krista has recovered more fully than anyone thought possible. She is constantly referred to as a "walking miracle." One of her doctors stated that as far as he was concerned, Krista is now "healed." She has just recently been cleared to begin driving again.

There is no doubt that Krista has experienced a best-case type of outcome from the brain aneurysm she suffered.

Krista's circle of family and friends are incredibly grateful for answered prayer, and that Krista is still here with her husband and children today.

After her return home from the hospital, Krista began again to take Vitamin MePA along with other vitamins and a probiotic from Plexus. She eventually used up her bottle of MePA, and ordered more.

The story doesn't end there. Krista had been diagnosed in 2010 with ulcerative colitis which was a difficult health problem. She had a routine colonoscopy on November 30, 2018. She sent this message after the colonoscopy:

I have a praise! I had a colonoscopy today and God has healed me from ulcerative colitis! No signs of it dr says! He said I have the healthiest colon he has seen in a long time! ... Dr says very seldom does someone show no signs once they have had it! But with God ... it is possible.
